Project work is predominately performed by principal Crystal Campbell, PE, CPCC, which means that you know exactly who will be working with you on your project, from start to finish. About Crystal Campbell, PE, CPCC

Crystal Campbell is a technically astute practitioner of rigorous problem-solving methods and an easy-to-understand educator and coach. She is passionate about helping others accomplish their goals and providing business leaders the opportunity to apply proven methods to help their businesses succeed. Crystal graduated summa cum laude from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and has successfully applied continuous improvement methods throughout her career. She led Six Sigma projects in manufacturing, transactional, and service industries in her work at The Dow Chemical Company, Decisioneering, Inc., and United Airlines. She is a registered professional engineer (PE) in the state of Colorado, a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). In addition to delivering continuous improvement and green belt courses, Crystal has trained hundreds of people on the topics of Monte Carlo simulation, time series forecasting, regression, and optimization with Crystal Ball software. She has developed and applied spreadsheet models in diverse applications including staffing, finance, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals to help corporations understand and address risk in their businesses. Crystal enjoys using her skills to help businesses and individuals thrive through her work at Black Belt on Demand. As an expert in analytical and problem-solving techniques and a trusted partner, she does just that.
